I am well versed with software like Google Sheets, Excel, ShotGrid, and Atlassian products. To ensure that deadlines are met, I communicate with staff via email, Discord, or Slack.
Google Drive SET UP
To ensure that files are kept in an organized space, I work with Google Drive. Not only do I work with upper management to ensure that naming conventions are appropriate according to the department that deliverables are created for, but I also upkeep the Google Drive often to ensure that files are exactly where they need to be, as well as under the correct file type (SBPZ, PDF., etc.)
